What material is the jewelry in your offer made of?

All our pieces are made of high quality materials, such as sterling silver or gold plated silver. If it is an additional coating or special stones, you will find this stated in the product description.

Will the jewelry lose color over time?

With proper care, our jewelry will keep its appearance for a long time. We recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes and other chemicals in order to preserve its longevity.

Do you offer jewelry in different sizes?

Some pieces come in standard sizes, while others, like rings, come in multiple sizes. The dimensions are clearly stated in the description of each product. If you are not sure, feel free to contact us for help in choosing.

How can I order?

Simple! Add the desired pieces to the cart and follow the steps until payment. If you're ordering via Instagram, just send us a message with a picture of the product and we'll work out the details.

How can I pay?

Payment is possible in three ways:
1. Card payment via the Stripe platform - safe and fast via credit or debit cards.
2. By bank payment - after ordering, you will receive payment information to our account.
3. Payment by cash on delivery - cash when picking up the package (with an additional fee of 1.00 euro according to the GLS price list, which is paid directly to the courier).

How long does delivery take?

We deliver via GLS. In Croatia, your order will arrive within 2-4 working days. If it is an international delivery, please contact us to estimate the delivery time. Find more details about delivery at the link: Delivery.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Our products come in elegant and eco-friendly packaging, which is ideal for gifting. If you want a personalized message or sticker, please let us know when ordering.

What if the product I order is not available?

Our offer often includes unique or limited pieces, which is why an out-of-storage situation may occur. In the event that a product is unavailable, we will notify you immediately and offer a replacement product or refund.

What if I want to return or exchange jewelry?

If you are not satisfied, you can return the unused and undamaged product within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange return or exchange details.
