- Delivery within the Republic of Croatia
For orders within the Republic of Croatia, delivery is made by GLS delivery service, so that your order arrives quickly and safely. Estimated delivery time is between 1-3 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery is made from Monday to Friday. - Delivery price : Delivery is 2.00 euros.
- Free delivery : Free delivery for all orders over 39.00 euros.

- Delivery pickup
- When receiving the shipment, the buyer is obliged to check whether there is any visible damage or attempts to manipulate the package and immediately report them to the delivery officer who delivered the goods and report the damage in writing to the email address: info@luariona.com ili na www.luariona.com.
- In the event that the Customer orders goods, but refuses to take delivery for reasons unrelated to perceived damage or package manipulation, Lua Riona reserves the right to withhold the refund of the amount paid for the purchased product.
- Upon receipt of the goods, the customer signs the delivery note or delivery note, which the delivery service records as a confirmation of successful receipt.
- If the customer is delivered a product different from the one ordered, he has the right to deliver the correct product or exchange it for another product of the same value. In the event that replacement is not possible, the customer has the right to a refund of the amount paid, including delivery costs and compensation for the costs of returning the wrongly delivered product, and is obliged to return the wrongly delivered product.
- In the event that the seller cannot deliver the ordered product within the stipulated time, the customer will be notified and offered a new delivery time. In this case, the customer also has the right to terminate the contract and return the paid funds.
- If the Customer who has not previously received the ordered product orders again via the web store www.luariona.com, Lua Riona reserves the right to refuse further processing of the order and reserves the right to charge.
- Lua Riona also reserves the right not to deliver orders with incorrect or incomplete contact information, as well as orders with unanswered e-mail or telephone contact.
- International shipping
We offer international delivery in cooperation with reliable deliverers to enable safe delivery to all countries of the European Union and beyond. Please note that delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination and conditions of the delivery service. - International shipping cost : International shipping costs are calculated during checkout and depend on the weight and destination of the shipment.
